3. Products and Custom Orders

We specialise in made-to-order and personalised products.

3.1 Customisation Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all names, text, measurements, colours, designs, uploaded files, and order details submitted to us are accurate.

CK Studio’s is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect customer-provided information.

3.2 Design Variations

Because products are custom-made, slight differences may occur between:

  • screen previews and final physical products;

  • colours shown on devices and printed/finished colours;

  • handmade finishes, alignment, texture, grain, or material appearance.

Such minor variations do not constitute defects.

3.3 Right to Refuse Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including suspected fraud, abuse, pricing errors, or impractical custom requests.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time without notice.

Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been successfully received and processed.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

5. Production Times

Production times are estimates only and may vary depending on order volume, material availability, courier schedules, public holidays, and unforeseen delays.

CK Studio’s shall not be liable for reasonable production delays.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is governed together with our Shipping Policy.

Current delivery options may include:

  • Locker Delivery: Free (where offered)

  • Door Delivery: Standard fee applies

  • Overnight Delivery: At customer’s cost unless otherwise agreed

6.1 Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

6.2 Courier Delays

Once dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party couriers. CK Studio’s is not liable for delays caused by couriers, strikes, weather, load shedding, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.

6.3 Risk Transfer

Risk in goods passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery, collection, or successful handover to the nominated courier point.

7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

7.1 Custom Orders

Due to the personalised nature of our products, custom-made or personalised items are generally non-refundable and non-returnable, except where required by applicable law or where the item is defective.

7.2 Non-Custom Items

Standard non-custom items may be eligible for return subject to condition, timeframe, and applicable consumer law.

7.3 Defective Goods

If your product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.

We may repair, replace, or refund at our discretion where legally required.

7.4 Cancellation After Production Starts

Once production has begun, cancellations may be refused or subject to deductions for labour, materials, and administrative costs.

8. Customer Content and Uploaded Material

Where you submit images, logos, route data, names, designs, or other content, you warrant that:

  • you own the content or have permission to use it;

  • it does not infringe any third-party rights;

  • it is lawful and not offensive.

You indemnify CK Studio’s against claims arising from content you submit.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, product concepts, photographs, text, graphics, and designs belonging to CK Studio’s remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not reproduce, copy, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CK Studio’s shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential losses;

  • lost profits or business interruption;

  • courier delays;

  • minor product variations;

  • customer-submitted errors;

  • misuse of products after delivery.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold CK Studio’s harmless from claims, damages, costs, or legal expenses arising from:

  • your misuse of the website;

  • breach of these Terms;

  • unlawful or infringing submitted content;

  • fraudulent transactions.
