Shipping Policy
At CK Studio’s, we aim to provide clear, reliable delivery options for all orders. By placing an order with us, the customer agrees to the shipping terms below.
1. Delivery Options & Fees
1.1 Locker Delivery – Free
Customers may select delivery to an approved courier locker location where available.

Locker delivery is offered free of charge.

Locker availability is subject to courier coverage and operating locations.

Once the parcel has been delivered to the selected locker, the customer is responsible for collecting the parcel within the courier’s required collection period.

Any additional fees charged by the courier due to failure to collect in time, redelivery, return to sender, or rebooking will be for the customer’s account.
1.2 Door-to-Door Delivery – R100
Delivery to a residential, business, or nominated physical address is charged at a flat rate of R100 per order.

Delivery is subject to courier serviceability of the destination area.

Remote, outlying, high-risk, or special service areas may incur additional charges. If applicable, the customer will be notified before dispatch.

A person must be available at the delivery address to accept the parcel during business hours unless otherwise arranged with the courier.
1.3 Overnight / Express Delivery – Client’s Account
Overnight, same-day, urgent, or express shipping requests may be arranged on request.

All express delivery costs are for the client’s account.

Full payment for express shipping must be received before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

CK Studio’s reserves the right to decline urgent shipping requests where timelines cannot reasonably be met.
2. Processing Times

Standard production and dispatch times apply to all custom orders unless otherwise stated.

Shipping timelines begin once the order is completed, approved (where applicable), and full payment has been received.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3. Courier Delays & Force Majeure
CK Studio’s is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather events, strikes, public unrest, load shedding, system failures, road closures, customs issues, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Risk, Tracking & Proof of Delivery

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the selected locker, delivery address, or nominated collection point.

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once dispatched.

Courier proof of delivery, locker confirmation, signature, OTP confirmation, or photographic delivery confirmation shall constitute sufficient proof of delivery.
5. Incorrect Addresses / Failed Deliveries
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring all delivery details are accurate.
If an incorrect address, invalid contact number, missed delivery, refusal of delivery, or non-collection causes additional courier charges, return fees, storage fees, or redelivery costs, such charges will be for the customer’s account.
6. Damaged or Missing Parcels
Any parcel received damaged, tampered with, or incomplete must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photographs and order details.
Failure to report within this period may affect any claim process with the courier.
7. Delivery Areas
Certain areas may fall outside standard courier coverage zones. CK Studio’s reserves the right to amend delivery fees, decline delivery, or offer alternative shipping methods where necessary.
8. Right to Amend
CK Studio’s reserves the right to update or amend this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The version published at the time of purchase will apply to the order.
